REFUND POLICY – DESAM MASALAS

We follow a strict and transparent refund and return policy aligned with hygiene and safety standards for food products. Please read the following terms carefully:

General Return Policy We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns will only be accepted for eligible cases as listed below.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or order confirmation) must be provided.

  • Returns are subject to product categories and eligibility.

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@jmpacks.in or WhatsApp/Call us at +91 8754660630. Do not send the item back without prior approval, as it will not be accepted.

Damages and Wrong Items If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Share clear photographs or videos of the outer packaging, product label, and issue.

We will assess the situation and offer a suitable resolution: refund, replacement, or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Opened or used food products

  • Perishable goods (spices, herbs, masalas)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items purchased under discounts, sales, or offers

  • Gift cards

Change-of-Mind Policy We do not offer returns or refunds for change-of-mind cases. Due to the nature of food and safety standards, we expect the customer to verify orders before final confirmation.

Exchanges We do not process direct exchanges. If eligible, you can return the product and place a new order separately once the return is approved.

Refunds If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you haven’t received the amount, contact us at contact@jmpacks.in.

For COD Orders In cases of duplicate or mistaken orders (e.g., ordering twice), we will only refund the online paid amount after verifying both transactions and confirming return of one shipment. Fake COD refusals may lead to permanent account suspension and legal action.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your order was shipped to the EU, you are eligible to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without a specific reason. Items must still be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
