Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. SECTION 3 - PRODUCT ACCURACY AND FOOD SAFETY All Desam Masala products are manufactured in compliance with FSSAI guidelines and handled under strict hygiene standards. Product descriptions and packaging visuals are displayed to the best of our ability. Variations in color, texture, or minor details may occur. Opened or used items cannot be returned. All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic/video evidence.

SECTION 4 - CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) AND FRAUD PROTECTION To safeguard operations and prevent misuse:

• COD orders must be confirmed via WhatsApp or call.

• Repeated fake orders, refusal to accept COD parcels, or suspected fraud will result in blacklisting and denial of service.

• Fraudulent orders may be prosecuted under IPC Section 420.

SECTION 5 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

SECTION 6 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These may have limited quantities and are subject to return only according to our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to limit sales or refuse service to any customer or region. All product offerings are void where prohibited.
